Accessing Land Ownership

Goat Maps has a layer for private land ownership. It does not have public land data.

The Land Ownership layer can be turned on from the Maps menu

Find the Land Ownership row and toggle it on

Now an overlay with properties boundaries and owners will show on the map, and in the map's on-tap menu.
